Quality Tool: Cycling

I purchased this tool to use on my new custom wheelset where the front wheel uses a locking nut for an externally toothed front disc brake rotor just like the bottom brackets this tool was designed for. It is a very durable, heavy and precise tool - there is nothing better. Also, I've used it to block cassettes and again it works great.

can dirty bottom bracket shells

The bottom bracket tool has a minimum internal diameter of 46mm (Lezyne doesn't even list a diameter on their website), while most bottom bracket shells this tool is designed for are 44mm and made of aluminum. As such, you're likely to ruin the finish around the 16 slots of the bottom bracket shells with this tool!

Does not damage bottom bracket surface.

Does what it's supposed to, but more importantly won't scratch the bottom bracket like "box wrenches" tools. You still need to be careful and there will be some scuffs but not very noticeable. When using on a bottom bracket or centerlock hub, you can use the large socket on the hex head. When used as a cassette tool, you will need an open-end or open-end wrench.
