No automatic detection of live input, but the remote control is absurd

*****Note: I purchased my device from Revain but from a third party and it came with bundled software. I think that's why it's in a separate listing with a different review thread, but it's the same monitor. ***** This is a great gaming display. I upgraded from AORUS FV43U 43" QLED. The two screens are very close together. The maximum frequency of AORUS is 144Hz through a single Displayport (1.4) and 120Hz through two HDMI ports. Compare this to 135 Hz via a single display port and 120 Hz via…

    Looks great. in my rating

This monitor is really beautiful and great for gaming. Games work really well on this screen. I'm also very impressed with the built in speakers and think they sound very good. This is my first PC OLED screen and while I really like it, there are a few things I think need improvement. The size pushes it towards common tabletop use. It makes my Acer Predator X34 look small. I have a Galant table from Ikea with a few extra sections so my table is huge. Even with my large desk, this monitor really

Probably perfect for console gamers. For PC, it has some trade-offs

Image: 4k so it's sharp and the colors are great. the brightness is weak, but unfortunately this is a characteristic of OLED. There's real bass there. I could actually use the built in speakers and not hate it. The outside will still sound better, but for the inside they're surprisingly decent. I think you have to spend over $50 to get a Bluetooth speaker that sounds better than the built-in one. Construction: looks well built but they make the top too flimsy. They don't have great ways to hold

Great for gaming: Yes Usable for everyday use: Yes Pros: - Beautiful colors - Fast response time - Multiple HDMI ports (4) + 1 DP - Best gaming monitor I've ever had - Looks good, hexagon backlight behind a good one Effect. I thought I would turn it off but ended up liking it. - Easy to use - very easy switching between sources with the remote control. You can skip the remote, but chances are the monitor is a little far away. - Stable, I was a little apprehensive about having it on my desk, but

    Reviewing pending response from LG

Hello, I have just received my monitor. Looks cool, picture quality is great, matte finish does the job well. However, I am contacting LG about a 120Hz cutoff issue. The monitor keeps turning off at 120Hz, even on a 3090 with the correct refresh rate set in the Nvidia Control Panel. It is stable at 60Hz. but at the moment the high refresh rate doesn't work on the displayport. Also, you won't lose the remote control, it's gigantic. EDIT: The supplied displayport cable is defective. It looks like

    Fantastic! good for me

I won't lie; We use this amazing monitor as one of our main TVs. The screen is large for a monitor, forty-eight inches. The colors are bright and accurate, the picture is sharp and clear. The speakers are surprisingly good. We don't need a soundbar or additional sound components. The volume becomes very loud. The refresh rate is perfect for our PlayStation 5 and the quality is unreal. Yes, it's great for gaming. This is great for in-room computers. The screen is so big you don't have to sit on…

works fine with mac m1 max pro but with setting

1 HDR Windows Surface Pro 8 is fine, HDR is great, but on my mac m1 max pro HDR came out washed out, I had to adjust the color profile to get the colors looking right again. 2. The sound is really great, I don't need to output the sound to HomePod.3 anymore. Size I used 43 inch, so 48 is not a big difference.4. DPI 92 DPI is not bad at all, the writing is clear on both Mac and Windows 5. The price is affordable, Revain even gave me a discount after the messed up delivery.

My son is a serious gamer and plays a lot of games/streams/has an online community that he also interacts with so this update was perfect for him. Overpriced and defective

I bought it on sale for $1200 and it's not even close due to poor picture quality and defects. First of all, the main disadvantage of this monitor is that its brightness is only 135 nits, so with dark or even bright games you are forced to increase the brightness by 100%, and since it is a panel with a matte finish, colors and before all black becomes very washed out and ugly. My monitor was defective and arrived two days late. Coincidentally, part of the sound was interrupted, e.g. B. You…

I can confirm with Display Port that it can run at 138Hz and full 10-bit RGB color! The reason I love this monitor so much is that it's 99% DCI P3! I do a lot of graphics work and was looking for a large monitor that would give me great color quality and image depth. I bought this LG 48GQ900-B 48-inch Ultragear OLED Gaming Monitor to fix an issue with my neighboring LG C2s, using one as a monitor and the other as a TV. The problem with using two C2s is that they both act like twins when trying to turn one on and off. Also, when you use the C2 as a monitor, it doesn't turn on automatically when you turn on the PC. My motherboard somehow has better sound quality than the optical and 3.5mm jacks on this monitor. For the price we're giving it, you can expect it to have better connections than a mid-range motherboard. Image quality is good. However, it's annoying to contend with the faint and random flickering this monitor produces. Why can't you use ultra wide mode even with overclocking enabled?
