The product description says that an installation disk is included. It is not. I had to download drivers from the internet. The device does not work with the drivers either. I've spent days trying different drivers and updates and nothing helps this thing read discs. Absolutely unacceptable.

Affordable, thin and compact, and works well with a single USB cable. "Required" if you're buying a new laptop that typically doesn't have a DVD burner.

When laptop manufacturers stop embedding DVDs in their products, it becomes a necessity. If you've ever had to restart an operating system, you know what I mean. Works perfectly.

The drive is cheap and flimsy, it flexes very easily when a disc is inserted or removed when it gets stuck in the middle rack. Not responding on Win10. I have returned the item. It's a cheap ride and as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. Usually LG has good rims. I have a similar LG drive that has been working for a number of years. I have not replaced this driver with another LG drive.
