UBK90 or UBKC90 Best in TV & Video

One of the big questions is what is the difference between the UBK90 and the UBKC90 which is sold in one of the big warehouses starting with "C". They are identical. I bought a UBKC90 and the serial number above is the date of manufacture i.e. April 2018. So UBKC90 is NOT last year's model and is the same as UBK90.You can go to LG website and compare both

Plays great quality but lacks the essentials

When I first got it I had the same problem that others reported with this UBK90 and the tray wouldn't open fully. As a result, I had to send it back to LG for warranty repair. Since I got it back, I no longer have this problem. We bought this UBK90 device to work with our LG OLED65C8PUA TV. The image quality with these devices has been excellent so far. The UBK90 plays all our DVDs, Blu-Ray and 4K discs with ease and rarely has any problems once it starts playing BUT we often find it difficult…

Pros
  • Backwards compatible with Blu-ray and DVD - This LG UHD Blu-ray player is backwards compatible and supports both of these popular legacy standards

  • Not as thick as other models
