I bought these to wear under sweaters and they are perfect. I don't get overheated, and they sit just right on my wrists and waist so they don't peek out from under my sweaters, and they fit nicely into high-waisted pants without adding bulk. The absolutely perfect shirt for a spiky wool sweater. The fabric is very comfortable and light, but warm. It doesn't make the sweater overly bulky and messy like most cotton singlets. It's smooth enough to wear under a very thin sweater. You can't even tell that I have what I wanted under my clothes. I love that when I'm wearing wool it keeps me warm and keeps me from itching. I am so happy with this shirt. It's thin so it's easy to wear under other clothes, pairs really well with other layers and the roomy crew neck means you won't see unsightly cutouts under other sweaters, even V-neck sweaters.
