Not weatherproof good for tracks

UPDATE: NOT weatherproof. Pulled up after two rains. Super Lazy Install this on a crappy wooden staircase near our rental. Good: It's a hard mode! Bad: It's hard mode! I tried to pull up one edge and cut off what was longer than the other. He pulled the tree! The forest sucks and turns into an ice rink when it's wet. So I'm very sad. But keep that in mind! It looks like a great solution. But I'll update if the rain doesn't hold.

Pros
  • nice thing
Cons
  • vulgarity

Good quality product

The reflective strip is perfect. In addition, the non-slip traction improves safety. I simply attached the tape to 5 outer conductors and immediately the conductor was more secure. I waited for the temperature to rise to 40 degrees Fahrenheit according to the install info. I recommend applying the tape when it gets warmer and drier. Because it snowed earlier. So it's bubbling up in two places, but I think that's because I've waited too long for winter. This is a great product if you're worried…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Some flaws

Excellent anti-slip traction tape!

I put this on the step that leads to my pool. The wood was aged so I sanded the tread and coated it with three coats of oil based polyurethane varnish. I let the paint dry for a few days and then applied traction tape. Three weeks have passed since the installation, everything is fine. It held up well in our high heat, high humidity conditions. It maintained its integrity even after several severe storms. Black and yellow are the perfect contrast to our gray weathered deck.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Some difficulty

It's all about preparation and warmth.

We used this product for the first time on the stairs to the basement. My sister installed the strips about a year ago and they seem to be holding up well. I bought some of the same products to use on my van's running boards. The footpegs have 3 raised strips that are 3/8" and 3/4" wide and 3/4" apart. The footrests are plastic. First I wiped the surface with alcohol and then the footrests and that Product heated with a heat gun. This made the product more pliable and sticky. It took the above…

Pros
  • Very good value for money

Very good quality product

Excellent product. I needed this for an outdoor ramp my dad built for our 10 year old 200 lb Newfoundland dog, he slipped on it. The photos were taken a week after putting the tape on, I also added a regular rubber band just to try. perfect surface, untreated. And all I did was sandpaper to make sure nothing was sticking to the surface and a small brush to clean it of dust, sand and such, ripped off the backing of the tape and stuck it to the ramp boards. Fast and easy process. so far so good…

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Negative impression
