Most pillars don't fit in my car. It's not the same, but the rear pivot works on the top mounting bolt with a little creative rearrangement of the mounting holes.

They work and are easy to install. It's easy to remove the old useless and install these guys. I am more than happy with this purchase. They are well made and solid, not cheap. I thank you for your help!

I am NOT a motorist so I was a bit nervous trying to replace them myself. But with the help of YouTube videos, it only took me 10 minutes to swap them out. They are a bit tight but I expect that will change with a little use.

I bought a cheaper pair here at Revain they suck they fit just right. But after working for a couple of months they actually detached the sunroof as they had to push hard. You have to take the car to the workshop to replace the hinges. As you can see in the photo, they are shifted.

I bought this item because my last one gave up. Pretty easy to install but they make closing a bit difficult. The closing pressure is too high and the opening pressure is not sufficient. I open the door maybe a foot and it doesn't go up, a little more and it goes up on its own, about 70%, and the last foot or so I push it and it stays. I think if you don't care about quality and you want a working hydraulic, then everything is fine.

The first set we received jumped out of the bracket and got stuck in the door so we had to pry open the other side to remove the stuck support. The seller was quick to send a replacement and support has been good ever since. These mounts have a stiffer feel than the OEM mounts, but ours was over 10 years old so maybe that's how the car originally felt. Great price compared to other providers.

I used to pay to have them replaced at the garage and well worth it! Because I love my garage too much, I looked online for parts and found them. I have a 2009 Mini Cooper and they fit the bill perfectly. My only complaint is that the suspension is VERY strong. Sometimes it is difficult to close the trunk. I can't guarantee they'll fail sooner, but even if they did, I'd just buy them again. The instant fit is so quick and the result is so obvious I don't think I'll have problems again!
