I will be happy to give a more extensive review after finishing this .

I have read about Honokiol for some time and I needed some help with my sleep patterns. I have not used this long enough to give an extensive review but each time I take it I seep well. I will be happy to give a more extensive review after finishing this container of product.

Made in China for my opinion

When I bought this product I had no idea it was made in China. This detail was not mentioned any where in the product description. I realize this compound is made from an asian plant, but had no idea the product was manufactured in China. I sent it back without opening it. One has to be cautious about the source of any herb one consumes. I would never have purchased it had I known it was manufacutred in China.

Take it on an empty stomach, not sublingul.

It works pretty good, and I feel more calmer when taking it. Take it on an empty stomach, it didn't work when I had food in there. Under the tongue works very well, except it stings after 5 minutes, and it was a little tender the next day. I don't recommend.
