The concept is good but I think it should have been built into the steamer and not on top of it. Otherwise it looked like a decent quality product that will last a decent amount of time.

Not sure if it fits my mop because it won't snap into place. It's just a little bit bigger BUT then I tried it and it was AMAZING. The vacuum cleaner glides easily over the carpet. I just can't lift the cleaner to place it on another surface and it won't fall. It works fine but it doesn't stick.

I bought this to clean some carpets in my apartment. That worked great. Then, when I used the handpiece in the kitchen, I was really impressed. Since I bought it I've used it to clean so many things. I have steam cleaned the interior of two cars so far and I love it.

I love this new steam mop. I had the original H2O mop many years ago. This has a much more controlled vapor delivery. The floor doesn't get wet. It's lighter and easier to use. He gets up by himself. Heats up much faster. I also love how you can quickly use it as a handheld steamer. The quick-change Velcro fasteners are great. I bought it because of the carpet cleaner attachment. It's really good for cleaning surfaces and stains. Good product!

I don't know why the product designers didn't include the steam mop attachment. money money! Also, the nozzle has an uncomfortable fit. My previous competitor's steam mop included a mat attachment and snapped on easily. The airframe has a large opening for a steam mop, but it's too big because the cleaning pad that should be on it often gets stuck on the outside of the airframe and has to be adjusted during use. Back to the design and fit drawing board.

Easy to use, highly recommend if you just want to get rid of a few germs. This is not very useful other than you can just steam the carpet. It is not cleaned by steam in any way, as there is no way to vacuum water and dirt. It's okay to steam your carpet to try to kill fleas or flea eggs, or to disinfect it. The steamer doesn't snap into place, it just sits on top of that carpet slide, so if you lift it at all they'll fall apart. So far I have used this steam mop to clean linoleum floors and countertops. The large floor pad is very easy to install, just place it on the floor and place the steamer on it. I allowed enough vapor to build up to wet the pad and it didn't roll off for me. The first time I scrubbed the floor I went through all three pads, swapped pads midway through the first pass and then used the third pad to go through the second time, all three were black.
