I think this is the best lighter ever made. It's easy to use. And it's all battery powered. When the battery is low, you can charge it. I would give ten starts if I could.

I've had this lighter for a long time, I just bought another one as a gift. I think it works great! Only the cap of the lighter doesn't go all the way in, so if you want to light incense powder or a candle in a jar, it can be difficult if not impossible. I only use paper or stick. I am very happy with my purchase.

When I received this lighter it had juice in it and it worked. However, when I tried to charge it, I found that the cord didn't fit and it was in fact a different lighter altogether. The charger is at the bottom of the picture, but there is nowhere to charge from below. There is space on the side, but USB does not fit. I missed the return window and I think I'll just have to throw this away. Disappointed to say the least.

Honest Review LOVE THIS. So I bought one for myself and 2 for my new neighbors. We love it. They came with a good charge, but you need to fully charge them. which won't last long. Mine has been running without recharging since Christmas. almost a week, so good battery life. I also like that he shows me on the lighter how loaded it is. it is four lanes. I'm on 2 so it holds a charge for a long time. VERY gift! It's smooth, works in high winds (tested!) and I can charge it! My neighbors love it…

***UPDATED***Original Rating Under New Rating. I ended up letting the battery fully discharge and then giving it about 3-4 hours to charge. This seemed to matter as the lighter (mine at least) was almost fully charged. I go 4 days without charging and it still has 2 bars to show battery life. Now it's a weekend to remember so lots of alcohol and network/social smoking. I am very impressed. The battery life doesn't last very long. I followed the instructions on how to "properly" get a fist load.

This lighter is a great alternative to the regular butane lighter, I like it mainly because it's rechargeable and doesn't lose charge however it can take some time to recharge The only problem is I have and I don't know if it's a problem, but if I use it up to the 3rd gauge, close and open it, it goes back to 4, the same thing happens when I lower it to 2, the gauge goes back to 3 .I don't understand how it works but would like to know how I basically use it for candles or outdoor activities…

UPDATE: Upgrade to 4 stars. It would be a solid 4 if I had received the correct item the first time. I received a replacement and it is exactly as described. It contained documentation and a small brush. That's the right color. It came loaded and worked right out of the box. Seems to be a pretty solid build. This works very well. I don't use it directly at the source but light a wax thread with it and it lights up very quickly and reliably. If it's as strong as it looks and doesn't break…
