The lights themselves are amazing. Bright and meets the requirements. My wife is delighted. However, my only complaint is a small one: please make the braids a few inches longer. While they work, they are inconvenient and a bit difficult to use. I only gave it 5 stars because the light is great but I might have given it 4 stars because of the braids.

Very bright, thin and beautiful. BUT I don't understand all the comments about easy installation. The base mounts easily with three drywall socket screws. BUT then you need to pick up the lantern and use your other two hands to connect the live wire and neutral to the "ceiling wires". It's very inconvenient to stand on the ceiling and hold the light with your hand, which is also holding the two wires together so the other hand can either seal the connection or screw on the plug. A recent comment said it screwed right into the box so they may have changed it after I bought it but my flashlight didn't fit. I had to change the setup because the screws fit into the cavity between the box and the drywall, meaning there was nothing to screw with. I simply cut some extensions from a metal soup can, attached them to the mounting box and screwed the lantern into it. The comment mentions yellow light or dim daylight. But that's not my experience. For me it is like a shining sun.

I like the thin, streamlined profile of this light. It's chic, modern and great for my minimalist tastes. This light is so bright I may need to add a dimmer! I never had enough light in my guest bathroom and for the first time this room is radiating HAPPY! I noticed one thing. I hear a hiss or hiss when the light is on. Haven't used it since and will wait till I can see it. We really needed a taller ladder during installation so we hoped it was a simple adjustment to the connection. I love this

I bought this lamp to replace 2 5000K LED lamps in my kitchen to keep them looking tidy. The light is very bright yet cool. It gave the same brightness as 2 LED bulbs of 75 watts each. As for the installation, yes, there were a few issues with it. This is because the frame has three holes 120 degrees apart while the US junction box has two holes 180 degrees apart. I bought 2 of these lamps after a long search but still with some reservations. I paid for a handyman to install them in two rooms. Some wiring work needed to be done in one room to install the lamp, the other room already had the appropriate wiring. Overall they are great for the price. They look good and are very bright. Two negatives are the attachment system and the wires. The detachable bracket has 4 cross-shaped pilot holes that can complicate installation over existing wiring. If you don't make the mount perfectly flush with the ceiling, the light will have a gap anywhere it's not flush, making it look terrible. You can't tell for sure if it's not flush until you turn it all the way to the locked position. Can be very frustrating…

I was replacing a 20 year old light fixture that was constantly shorting out and blowing out expensive halogen bulbs - it had to be removed.
