Quality and sound is excellent

My 16 year old son bought a 2013 car, it doesn't have Bluetooth so he needed an extra cable. This cable works very well and the music sounds just as good as the radio. Good quality and appreciate the material of the rope so it doesn't snap or break.

Delicate cable - static noise

The cable appears to be well made but when used with my phone through the radio in my car it moves on the seat or the cable moves while the phone is playing music. It has a lot of static in the system. I've tried placing the phone in one spot to reduce movement, which is helpful but not ideal.

No static electricity when connected to my phone!

Static is something I've struggled with with other accessory/lightning cables, even Apple's. So far it's going fantastic! I had no issues with hissing or stopping in the middle of my music. I definitely recommend it!

Does NOT work with AirPods Max

I bought this to use with my AirPods Max. This cable does nothing and the headphones do not recognize it. This seller assumes it works although it has not been tested.

The sound quality could be better

I like everything about it, but the sound is a bit stupid. Oddly, I can buy a small $5 adapter for my regular tube aux and it allows my music to play as raw as intended. The downside is that the $5 adapter is not durable at all and quickly loses reliability. So pick your poison, the sound on this more expensive aux is noticeably quieter and it bugs me a bit. If you have good hearing, you'll understand why something so small can be annoying. Otherwise solid product

Do not buy for AirPods Max

cable itself is ok. However, the product name states that it works with AirPods Max. It is not! After doing some research on the subject, I found that the only cable that will allow you to use wired mode is Apple's $35 cable. Now I have to send them back and buy them. Correct your product description. It's an illusion. I don't even know if they realize it doesn't work on them since it fits into the lightning port. Unfortunately there is no sound. I will update once the Apple cable comes out…
