Partial lot shipped as paid

When I bought it it came in a pack of 3. I only received one ball of yarn which wasn't worth the price paid. I usually like Sugar N Cream, but the cost was higher than what I would normally pay for a single scoop.

Complete robbery!

This order says there are 3 packs but that is WRONG! I only have 1! Order 5 and think I got 15 skeins and only got 5! Original Order Details: 5 Lily Sugar'n Cream The Original, Coral Seas Ombre Yarn 3 Pack Total rip off! One star deserves NO! Ordered March 4th, received April 9th.

I ordered two packs of 3 but only received 2 skeins

I first placed my order on March 8th and only received it on April 19th. Second, the item I ordered was listed as a 3 pack, I bought 2 3 packs but only received 2 individual skeins. Very disappointing. The yarn is good and as it should be, but if you're expecting 3 packs, don't hold your breath. 2 stars because the yarn is good but unfortunately the listing doesn't give the right amount.
