Skein smaller than pictured

Excellent yarn but Revain list says it weighs 0.5 pounds. It'll be 8 ounces, right? Actually, the skeins are 2 oz. Big difference!

Oh how beautiful and functional!

Very nice colours. I use this yarn for crocheted potholders because this yarn is heavier and more durable for this purpose. You never have to worry about burning your fingers or hands when using potholders made with this yarn, or your fingers going through the loop with your crochet hook. I

Excellent cotton yarn

I knit a lot of knitted washcloths etc and Lily Sugar and Cream is the only brand I use. This cotton yarn is of excellent quality and pleasant to the touch. And if you follow the sales, the price is quite acceptable. I have a waiting list of friends and family who love the cleaning wipes, washcloths, etc. I make them with Lily yarn. They hold up well to regular use.
