Exactly what I needed

I've used regular MIG welding guns/guns but they never cut very well. Also, my MIG torch had serious spatter. I used these pliers and they removed the spatter from the outer ring of the burner and from the inside of the burner very easily. My nozzle looks like new again. I won't be without them for MIG welding.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Reliability

Pretty good guns - Welding and Soldering

It took me a while to break my cheap ass and buy a decent welding gun. Should have done that sooner. I keep my pliers in my back pocket (I use them a lot) so a good pair saves time. These pliers fit my hand well and the permanently open spring makes it easier to work with one hand. Filling rod too short 😁

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Damn if they don't stay closed!

Don't lose the plastic nose clip they come with. You will really regret this. Why not put a simple lock on the back of these pliers to keep them from popping open? There is no place to store them. I usually put them on the door of my welder for easy access, no. You can't get into the spool of wire, especially if you're using a large spool like me. t rotate from side to side. Very well done. except.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and chunky

Pretty Good Guns - Welding Equipment and Accessories

My cheap ass cracked and bought a regular set of welding guns. Should have done that sooner. I keep my pliers in my back pocket (I use them a lot) so a good pair saves time. These pliers fit my hand well and the permanently open spring makes it easier to work with one hand. Filling rod too short 😁

Pros
  • Welding Equipment
Cons
  • So far so good

Damn if they don't stay closed!

Be careful not to lose the plastic tie that encircles the included nose. You will really regret this. Why not put a simple lock on the back of these pliers to keep them from popping open? There is no place to store them. I usually put them on the door of my welder for easy access, no. You can't get into the spool of wire, especially if you're using a large spool like me. t rotate from side to side. Very well done. except.

Pros
  • Welding equipment and supplies
Cons
  • Requires power outlet
