Some breakage for room thermometer

2 pieces didn't work even after changing the battery. I cannot request a replacement as this requires the ENTIRE order to be returned.

Two out of five devices have problems

One of the units is defective - the LCD shows incomplete characters while the other is in metric units (Celsius) and there doesn't seem to be a way to convert it to Fahrenheit. I'll see if the seller can send two replacement units as the other three seem to work, if not they will have to be returned. Two out of five is 40% - not very good

Inexpensive, plentiful, vaguely suitable

I had them all over the house because I'm sensitive to heat and humidity. When I unpacked them all, they took a few minutes to adjust to the changed circumstances, but after a day or two they matched within a degree or point of humidity. What. Because I don't use them for science! or anything that requires incredible precision, that's fine. It's too early to tell what the battery life is like. You are very small. They can be mounted on magnets, which doesn't seem to affect the readings. Since…
