I like Modems: Networking Products

Great. I was told I needed it to upgrade to unlimited internet and it came at the perfect time. It was in excellent condition, works perfectly. Easy to install, all I had to do was call the company I get internet access from and give them a box number to get it working. Overall a good purchase and excellent delivery time

An absolute waste of time and money

An absolute waste of time and money. I received this modem and tried to install it. After working with Comcast support for two hours I was told that another customer was using it and that they couldn't install it. Completely defective. Do not worry.

Saved a few bucks, right out of the box!

Followed 4 setup instructions with an existing wireless router and reconnected the wired connection with OPTIMUM ONLINE after the first boot. Internet service is available after you register a new modem. It is not necessary to call the service center. When using the browser, a connection error message appears, indicating the need to register a new modem and asking for the account number, name and phone number specified for the account. On the next page, the service will display the MAC address…

Very important! - Modems

The modem arrived in excellent condition. Setup was easy enough with my router. I had to provide the Spectrum Mac address to activate, but it only took 10 minutes. The speed on my WiFi is great!

Excellent quality and speed

I am satisfied with the modem. Use Comcast and I get the speeds promised. Comcast has had hiccups, but anything with Comcast is an ordeal. I recommend the modem.
