This is normal for a cheap WLAN router for a small apartment. If you plan to use an ethernet connection connected to anything, that device will have a lot of packet loss. I've found that my LAN often drops out while browsing Twitch and sometimes doesn't do anything at all. I thought it was my new motherboard but I read another review that mentioned the same issues.
