Great Knife - Cutlery & Knife Accessories

I'm a restaurant owner and of course an avid knife collector. Remarkable value in this paring knife. Extremely sharp out of the box and very ergonomic in hand. Highly recommend for any home or restaurant.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Not bad

Great value for money, very well done!

On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give this knife a 9.8. Great balance, very sharp, very well made. It is on par with a very well-known brand from Germany. Considering the quality of this knife, the price is extremely deceptive. I was so impressed with the quality that I immediately ordered a second one as a gift.

Nice knife for kitchen and dining room

This knife is very good. Well made, well balanced and razor sharp cutthroat. I would give it 5 stars but a kitchen knife this sharp should be sheathed for safety and it is not. I would buy a magnetic knife holder but all my other kitchen knives are ceramic. So I solved the problem by attaching a small magnet to the side of the fridge. I would still prefer the scabbard. All of my ceramic knives come with cheap but effective polymer sheaths. I would pay a little more for that.

Sharp Balanced Paring and Cleaver

I was looking for the best paring knife when preparing my Blackstone pan. This knife is perfect for my needs. I keep it in a box to protect it. It's very sharp: my wife mistook it for our everyday paring knife and accidentally cut her finger. My hands are medium sized and this knife is easy to use. It feels very balanced. I recommend this knife to anyone interested in a quality serrated knife for carving and slicing vegetables.

Can be too sharp - kitchen and dining room

The paring knife from my set was gone so I was just trying to replace the one I used a lot. This Linoroso knife is extremely sharp and the first time I used it to chop onions I cut my thumb and the bleeding stopped after an hour. This blade is longer than I'm used to and much sharper so I'm very careful now but also hesitant to use a knife! I should probably use a chef's knife to dice the onion, but I'll get better at it in the future. It goes perfectly with a small Brussels sprouts cutting…

Beautiful, durable knife perfect for all paring needs!

I love this little paring knife! The size and weight of the handle are perfect and it is very sharp as a good knife should be. I use it more than my really sharp chef's knife, sometimes I find it easier not to switch back and forth. It slices tomatoes like a charm and pushes through apples, grapes and frozen fruit like butter. It does not come with a sheath and I recommend using one if you are storing this knife in a drawer. I bought this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005P0OS9E?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt…

Razor Sharp Paring Knife

I have a few knives, but I needed a strong, sharp paring knife. This one does the trick. Well made, feels good in the hand and is very sharp. Make sure you get a sheath for it. I ordered a set of sheaths from Revain. Link to it: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01K62RQIU/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and this is a 6 piece set to protect the blades of the Cangshan 61741 knife, black, which had one Sheath for many of my old knives including the new Linoroso paring knife. A bit heavy to handle, but RESET! Yes!

From the start I felt good with my hand. A little heavy on the handle, but not bad. Check with a tomato (see video). I like it! Finally a knife that can really cut! Who would have thought that. The tomato was easily sliced. I call that a knife. It has a certain weight, which I also like. This isn't one of those cheap, ultra-lightweight knives. I have a couple of Wusthof knives that are well over 20 years old and now need to sharpen them regularly, but I would say this knife is superior to my…

mom loves it! in kitchen and dining room

My mother has worn out her old paring knife so I decided to get her a new one for her 95th birthday. I first ordered the Forged in Fire Chef's Knife and Paring Knife Set from Walmart.com, partly because I'm a fan of the TV show and also (mainly) because it was a steal at $14. Unfortunately they didn't impress and were also boring so I sent them back. Then I ordered this paring knife from Revain. It literally arrived like a razor. Also, it's very well made, very durable, and surprisingly heavy…
