Yarn for Beginners!

This is the first yarn I bought when I was a beginner knitter and I really like it! The dark gray color is so beautiful, with lots of depth, and it makes a nice thick knit. It is strongly recommended to use a #15 needle (10mm)!

Pros
  • I like everything so far
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Overpriced: Knitting and Crochet

This yarn is overpriced. A ball was barely enough for a hat. I couldn't figure out if I was using it as a blanket or something. It is a bit spiky and looks matted after knitting. Not my favorite yarn to work with.

Pros
  • Best in Niche
Cons
  • High Price

Easy to use.: Yarn

With just one ball you can make a very nice slouch hat and you have enough for a pompom when you need it. It works well, doesn't tingle in the sock and you can make a hat in a night. Faced with this terrible winter, the only thing I could think of to keep from going crazy was to buy yarn and make hats for the people. I used 13 needles.

Pros
  • Beautiful looking
Cons
  • Expensive

I just knitted a hat with this yarn. That .

I just knitted a hat with this yarn. It is NOT one continuous length of yarn. It had 4 knots where they connected the yarn. I didn't see the knots until I started a new row. What a pain to get out of a row and start a new row to make sure nothing messes up my knitting. I will not buy this yarn again.

Pros
  • absolute legend
Cons
  • threadbare

Didn't like that there wasn't enough yarn for a sled. Enough for half a hat. I had to order a second skein and am hoping it will arrive in time to be ready by Christmas. Hope it's the same batch of dyes. Not good! Beware of the customer. I ordered yarn, which was always enough even for a bobble.

Pros
  • Doping 🔥
Cons
  • Some bugs

Spiky, rough, fabric comes off and not the best color in life

You get what you pay for. I bought this because I wanted cheap yarn to learn to knit. It is prickly, rough, and not very good in color. The yarn also unravels. So I stopped using it and never made anything out of it because I couldn't figure out how to use it. I should have just bought the best yarn from the start.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Love it! good for yarn

I love plaids and finally wanted to knit them myself instead of buying them. 3 full full days of crochet and 16 balls of charcoal and voila. My blanket is finally done! It measures 65 inches by 58.5 inches. I posted a quick pick. I bought this yarn on purpose because I wanted something heavy, and since this yarn weighs 6 ounces, it didn't take me long to finish this project quickly. I feel as comfortable as a bug on a carpet.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • I will add later

Tight, soft, warm, fast. What's not to like?

I came across this yarn by accident, according to the recommendation scheme. I got lucky! The pattern required 2 skeins so I ordered it on December 11th, received it on the 13th and made the hood the same day! Good gracious! I dug it up in a few hours, with a size M hook. The time it took to watch the movie. It was easy. I especially like how soft it is; comfortably warm. After that first purchase I got inspired by the insane overdrive Make it all-hoods for Christmas and ordered 12 extra…

Pros
  • Freehand work
Cons
  • Very expensive
