Good soft yarn, best yarn

This material makes a great blanket but you have to work slowly because the thread is not tight against the yarn. But it's very soft and moderately heavy, and the cream color is great.

Great yarn for beginners.

I think this yarn is great for getting back into knitting after decades of not knitting. I use a large, thick, number 13 needle. The result is a soft, cozy scarf. That's all I've ever learned to make scarves that are so good other people want them. giggle

Pros
  • High test scores for hold and durability
Cons
  • Not as bulky as other options

Great product, terrible price!

This brand of thread is used all the time, especially Hometown. The product was ok but the price was higher than what I have paid in the past. I know yarn has been very hard to come by during the pandemic, but the prices are wrong. And yet, since it was a gift for a newborn, I bought it anyway!

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • No show

Easy to work with yarn

I'm learning to crochet and needed a thick yarn to practice with. I saw it (I wasn't familiar with it, although I'm VERY familiar with Lion Brand) so I decided to give it a try. It's easy to work with and perfect for the not-so-perfect knitter. I think I'll stick with knitting, but at least now I know another good acrylic yarn to work with.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires socket
