SPILLS A LOT OF ACRYLIC FIBERS!

This yarn is very fluffy, so much so that I was covered in it and wore a mask while crocheting to avoid allergies. Also, the filaments diverge during operation, leading to nasty freezes and extended run times. I'll say the project went well, but I'm wondering what those fibers are doing to my lungs.

Michael's best price

For the same price you can get a larger skein from Michael and this skein wasn't nearly as soft as the one I got from Michael. I am trying to reduce the need to go to the store due to the pandemic otherwise I would just get it from them. Update: Added an image so you can see how dramatic the difference in quality is. The one I ordered from Revane is on the right, Michael's is on the left.

nice! in yarn

I'm new to knitting, mainly on looms - I need a heavier gauge yarn for a winter scarf and I found it lovely. When I first started using it I had to fiddle around a bit as I started with a yarn that had more options. it's a little harsh, but it works beautifully. Strands are a little small. In the photo an almost full ball on my loom. The scarf is folded in half (about 8 inches) and about 14 inches long (just an estimate?). I plan to use 3-4 skeins for a decently sized and bulky scarf! Very soft but porous

I got a skein of this yarn and loved it so much I bought 2 more It's very, very soft - if I didn't know better I'd honestly say that it's an expensive brand/type of yarn. I made a hat with braids out of it, it's so soft, plush and warm. When knitting (or crocheting) you should be aware that it can split a lot if you are not careful. Overall, this was a really great yarn at a really great price.

  • Made in the USA
Cons
  • Crumpled

ATTENTION: ORDER LIMIT OF 8 SPINS

Excellent yarn, good price, but you can only buy 8 skeins. I started knitting a blanket with this yarn. I ordered 4 skeins a month ago, ordered 4 more last week and just came back to order 4 more to complete the quilt. But I was surprised that I ordered the "maximum quantity" of this item. I spoke to an Amazon rep and they said a family member should order it for me on a different account. Too bad my whole family has the same Amazon account. I've been working on this quilt for a month and I'mโ€ฆ

Made the MOST BEAUTIFUL scarf!

I don't have a picture but I bought this yarn and my friend knit me a scarf. He's a beginner knitter and the scarf doesn't match the technique it was knitted with at all, but it adds character and I like it even more. So, you know, whatever. Regardless of how it's done, I get a lot of compliments from SEW. It's soft, adorable and I couldn't be more obsessed. When we broke up last week he took it away and threw it in the trash can in the bathroom. I hid it somewhere so he couldn't find it before

Pros
  • The composition and durability tables provide important composition information
Cons
  • Big and thick
