Looks great dry - easy to blend!

This really helps the paint avoid shrinking when wet and is also a big deal if you are working with acrylics and are worried about the paints getting too thick and sticky. This handles moisture and also works well with different brands of acrylic. Rating: A

Great addition! in colors

Hooray Liquitex! I am new to dot painting and use water to dilute my paints. I found out that it sometimes causes cracks, so I decided to give Liquitex a try. Doesn't matter! My paints don't crack, they look better now and the consistency is much easier to work with. A good thing! I will buy again!

Disappointed Good for Color

Slightly disappointed. During the summer when I was camping I used a different brand and this brand was very pretty and made the drawings fantastic but this one was clumpy and just made it look like a two year old was finger painting not a mixed color. I will not buy this brand again

Dried to a glossy finish, but with cracks all over the image.

I have used this as a medium for pouring acrylic paint, especially Dutch fills. I mixed 1 part color with 3 parts medium and added a small amount of water to get the consistency I wanted. The resulting paint/filler mixture was too thick to easily blow out with a hair dryer so it became obvious that I should have thinned it with more water, but that's a lesson I learned for the next project.
