Good tool for tools and equipment

This tool is a must have when removing the trim on a vintage car windscreen and rear window. I cracked my windshield trying to use the wrong tool. I won't make that mistake again.

Pros
  • delivery was very quick
Cons
  • thin

You always need the right tools to get the job done

The price put me off a bit but this tool was amazing. I read the instructions and was able to remove the fairing from our 1965 Corvair in 5 minutes through the window

Pros
  • Very impressive

  • Negative

Lisle Review 35200 Windshield/Door Handle Molding Pliers

The tool worked as expected. however, the metal at the working end is very soft. After a few uses I had to bend the ends of the tool to get it back to its original shape.

  • Price
Cons

looks great in windshield and glass repair tools

From the opinion of YouTube. Looks good. Squeezing the clip on both sides can make it easier to detach. Out of impatience, I used my correct angle the day before arrival. The pickaxe worked, but not on the lower clips that had different animals on them. I'm not sure if these pliers are sharp enough.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend

1994 Ford Bronco: Tools & Equipment

Great for finishing my Bronco's side windows. Super damn easy. However, this doesn't seem to apply to the bottom of the window. I used a screwdriver for this and it was very easy. I don't think a screwdriver would work well on the sides and I would buy this tool again just for the sides. I'm glad I bought this instead of the one sided tools I see on sale.

Pros
  • Got it!
Cons
  • Good but not great

They worked like a charm!

I liked that THEY WORK! Other reviews said the teeth should be stronger but I think they're ok! I used them on the windshield trim on my 1987 Shelby GLHS (same as the Dodge Shelby Charger). There are a few things I've never done before, and removing this disguise was one of those things. No information was found on YouTube regarding my application, so I was completely blind when I looked into this. I hooked my jaws under the pad until I felt something hard, squeezed and the pad popped outโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Quality

but it worked great. - Windshield & Glass Repair Tools

Mustang Restoration. Attempted to remove the windshield trim for about 30 minutes without success. I've watched a few videos of others removing skins and looked for the tool they used. I found this tool, but also this one and it looks like it works better and can capture both sides of the clip instead of just one. This allowed me to easily remove the entire windshield trim in less than 30 minutes. I started with the rear window but to no avail as the clips and trim are different than the frontโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Easy To Read Control Panel
Cons
  • Weight
