Surefire screw-saver!

When you're in the automotive industry, having reliable tools is essential. Based on our own experience, the Lisle screw extractor has saved us from numerous headaches. It's incredibly easy to use and removes even the most stubborn of screws with ease. The compact size is perfect for those hard-to-reach areas. The only con is that it might not work on larger screws, but it's still a must-have in any mechanic's toolbox.

Pros
  • Easy to use and includes multiple extractors for versatile applications.
Cons
  • May break under excessive force or when used on extremely stubborn screws.

Wrench Puller

From the Lisle 62900 set of 5 sizes, this is the smallest size and is the most commonly used and will need to be replaced due to wear. This design is excellent as the splines are non-tapered so the grip is full the full length of the tool.

Pros
  • Tools and Household Items
Cons
  • Negative Gift

Better Than Hand Tools Snot

Used to remove a stripped Phillips head screw holding a side rail on my porch. I replaced all the screws with a Robertson square but I couldn't get that one out because some idiot ripped it off badly. I wanted to use EZ when I saw this on Revain. I drilled a pilot hole in the screw, hammered the screw extractor in with a heavy hammer, inserted a 1/4" socket and wrench, and twisted it out. Fast and easy!

Pros
  • Wrench
Cons
  • Factor Set
