Enormous time saving with motors and parts

This socket keeps what it promises. The added mass causes the harmonic balancer bolts to twist and hide. Made in Taiwan but I'm not afraid this behemoth will ever break. With my IR exposure, it quickly cracks even the most stubborn bolts.

. Buy NOW. 2011 Honda Odyssey 105k, connecting rod bolt would not budge. I had a holding tool and was trying to break the tie rods that broke the 1/2 inch extension. It was the first bolt my 1/2 cobalt electroshock didn't rip out. Borrowed 3 different Air 1/2 drums, which would also not work with a normal 19 mm drum head. Came back with another extension and the pull tube on the pull rod still doesn't work. Ordered this and while waiting for it I kept spraying the puck with the PB blaster (was…

New Approach to Honda/Acura Crankshaft Pulley Bolts

OMG. This thing saved my timing belt change experience on my 2003 Acura MDX. I couldn't get the crankshaft pulley bolt loose with a 24" breaker and crank retainer (see photo how I tripped over something) but this thing is fitted with a DEWALT DCF899P1 20V MAX XR 1/2 high torque brushless motor . Removed in 4 seconds on impact wrench kit with locking anvil (see second photo). Mind you, I'm 6ft 5in and 230lbs and I couldn't dent the crankshaft pulley bolt with a pry bar and crankshaft pulley…

For its weight in gold!

I am preparing a 2002 Acura TL 3.2 engine and installing the timing belt, water pump, gaskets etc while it is out of the car and accessible. For the last week I've been going down to the shop regularly, spraying penetrating grease on a bolt, and then trying to loosen it with my 1/2" Milwaukee electric percussion gun and 19mm percussion socket. This isn't my first case. Removing the Honda crankshaft bolt and this has always been a nightmare. I've done everything from the absurd length of the…

UNBELIEVABLE! Even with my old Craftsman 1/2 " impact wrench.

Situation: 1998 Civic 1.6L. Needed a new crankshaft position sensor but had to remove the crankshaft pulley. The bolt was too tight. Task: The bolt had to be loosened become but stubborn Action: I have impact sockets and a fairly old Craftsman impact wrench model 875.199870 That wasn't enough Probably tried ten or fifteen times with the correct 50mm tool to hold the pulley still Action other than actually twisting the Extensions. Like a giant spring but it didn't break. I was afraid I would…
