🔧 Freud DHSAR500 Arbor Adapter for Enhanced Performance Review

Don't waste your money on this product. According to my experience, the Lit Freud DHSAR500 Arbor Adapter is a total rip-off. The adapter didn't fit well on my hole saw and I ended up having to buy a different one that actually worked. It's frustrating to spend money on an Industrial and Scientific product that doesn't deliver.

We use these HARDs and we manage to break them, but they are so comfortable, the durability is right. You can easily take out the centering nozzle and replace it without tools, and you are not limited to a 1/4" centering nozzle like other types. We use a 9/32" DeWalt nozzle with a 1/4" nozzle. Auto drive.

Great product! FYI, it only works with Diablo brand hole saws unless you install adapters. They used to have detachable adapters on their hole saws that you could use on any manufacturer mandrel, but they are no longer detachable. The Beats are definitely some of the best you can buy. So if this is what you want to convert, this is a great product. If you drill primarily in wood I would use Milwaukee carbide.
