Fantastic Platform and Amazing Support

The integration with Salesforce is fantastic - we are able pull in all of our CRM data as well from across various channels including live calls, email or even phone conversations! This makes it super easy for teams around sales enablement/lead nurturing. It also has many useful widgets that make life easier when creating content such as case studies which can be used across multiple pages within my website (which have different goals). We were very happy working this product until they shut…

Great tool - especially if you're looking into adding automated messaging

It was easy for our sales team to use because it is very intuitive, which made learning how to navigate it relatively quick. There aren't many options or features I didn't like, but there are a lot of things that were new/not obvious at first so it took us some time to learn everything we needed to know about this program. We implemented live chat in one day and have already seen an increase in leads through the program. Our customers love using it! They can ask questions without having to wait

  • That you guys send me updates automatically whenever anything gets updated within your platform super helpful especially if something's broke :)
Cons
  • maybe just not knowing exactly where certain pages exist yet
