Bargain for $. Everything, except for the overlay on the handle, is super and solidly processed. The problem is that it feels hot. Really hot. I put the pan and handle in the oven and couldn't touch it at all. Maybe it's wrong, I wanted to leave it in the oven? I don't know but everything else was great.

Mail will scratch stainless steel and may 'scratch' your spice on cast iron. Mail is sure to work with stainless steel, although the description does NOT say it will work. I was disappointed to find it had scratched my stainless steel instant pot and camping cook set. Everything else was kinda "wrong", the silicone grip doesn't fit very well and you can feel heat through it. Quantity is more important than quality. It would be better to buy chain mail with a silicone sponge inside.

This gets used a lot more than I imagined. I use chains not only on my cast iron, but on every stainless steel or aluminum pot, pan, or baking sheet I have. This handy little tool will definitely cut down on cleaning time. As for the little plastic scrapers, I didn't think I'd ever use them. They help a lot, I hold the pan over the trash and these little gadgets get most if not all of the food out of the pan. I found them to be of good quality and now use them frequently for most of the year. .

I received this product and was surprised by its poor quality. First of all, who needs a towel and hanging hooks? The seller is trying to sell in bulk to make it look like a good buy. The thermal grip then transfers heat and you can burn yourself. So why include one at all? Then the scrapers are of poor quality and there are too many of them. They went to the trash because who needs more low-quality useless things to store? Do yourself a favor and get yourself a good quality material to invest…

I really like using this set to wash cast iron cookware. I love plastic scrapers to help remove grease from pans. Just make sure the pans are completely cool before using. Maintaining my cast iron used to be a chore. Food sticks. So I boil some water in it to loosen the debris. Wait for it to cool down. Rub vigorously with sea salt and a cloth. Then rub a rag under hot water until the pan is free of food debris or my skin feels like it has a third degree burn. But THIS KIT! What a life saver and time saver.
