Bought hoping to have something I can use to securely protect valuables while riding. Velcro straps to attach the bag to the underside of the bike rack are not sufficient. The fluffy side part is only about 2.5 cm and prevents the straps from tightening the bag. The bag flaps and tilts badly when filled. I'm worried that the bag will suddenly fall off the bike.

Overall this rack is fine but 1. The side bar that attaches the post to the rear fork is too short. I can only reach to the front of the rack so the rack wobbles back and forth every now and then. 2. Also, the blue plastic parts holding the metal parts that prevent the baskets from rubbing against the rear wheel may come loose causing the bags to rub against the wheel. I think the product needs more design work.

If you are not on a budget or value quality, do not purchase this product. The velcro seams came loose when I tried unsuccessfully to attach it to a standard bike rack. The zippers are flimsy and don't work right out of the box. The bottle holder is too small for all bottles. - The bag cannot hold its shape without support - I'm sure the 25L size label is wrong. I can't believe I've polluted the earth even more by posting this article twice.

I ride a 26" Ecotric e-bike. My height is 5ft 7". I can't get on or off the bike with my leg over the seat unless it is because, the seat is completely down. So I can't attach the rack to the bike as the seat has to be high enough to clamp the rack. The stand is very flimsy. I lifted the seat and attached the trunk. It hurt to bind itself. I doubt it could have hauled a gallon of milk (9 pounds) over rough terrain without destroying the rack. The vertical supports are thin telescoping tubes…

I rate this bike rack 3 out of 4 stars. It is well made and looks beautiful. It's durable (durable quality welds) with a nice black looking powder coat finish. The same size hex head screws are used with the supplied tightening tool. I didn't have a hard time assembling the entire frame. The only criticism is the screws. You need to carry the tool with you if you need to adjust the top tray guide when traveling. It would be nice if Lixada included screw covers so you could turn the adjustment…
