The lights were as advertised. You have a controller followed by 16 feet of plain wire with no bulbs and 96 feet of light. The controller and 16 feet of regular wire can be unscrewed from the light string, allowing multiple strings to be connected without dead space.

Bought two sets to decorate the inside of the house for Halloween. Well the cord is long and flexible so we used one in the living room and as you can see in the picture one in our bedroom. These lights are very nice. I bought a set of blue and a set of white. White - warm (not at all like cold LED bulbs). The blue is beautiful, deep blue. There are many settings (six I think?!) ranging from flicker, dim and solid glow. I bought 3 string lights with warm white LEDs. These string lights have been specified for both indoor and outdoor use. But after a few weeks outside in inclement weather, strung between trees for the Christmas lights, about 1/2 of the LEDs showed signs of rusting (or some signs of corrosion).
