I like how they are able (and willing)to customize their service for each business, as well it's overall design looks good too! They work with you through every stage of your campaign; from creation all way thru analysis/reporting etc., so i have nothing bad at this point in time - but if anything were ever needed we'd be there quick enough :) My only wish would've been being more involved during our engagement period - which was very minimal compared to others who seemed overly engaged…

The customer service has been great, they are always willing to help with any questions or concerns I have! They also provide excellent training materials for all their products which makes it easy when you need support from them as well!! It's not much but if your looking into this product make sure there isn't anything else out there like what we use at work (HubSpot) because then its hard to switch over without losing some of our data/customer info etc.. We're solving two problems here - 1.)
