I have fine, fine hair that doesn't frizz, especially after the first day of washing. My hair is about shoulder length and when I first tried it I washed my hair and then towel dried it until it was slightly damp. Then I slept with curlers on. They curled my hair into such tight curls that it was over my ears. Basically, it spins better than anything I've tried before. They were comfortable for sleeping and none of them fell out while sleeping.

Very easy to use. I rolled them in my 5 year old daughter's hair after her bath. She slept in it with no complaints (she complained about other brands) and didn't even try to get it out herself (which she famously does).
