well it worked about a day. Pretty easy to install but the latch that keeps it from articulating or wobbling sucks! I installed it in a van, drove 200 miles, climbed in and found the TV screen was cracked because the latch wouldn't hold it, the TV wobbled and hit the wall about a dozen times I'm sure. Now that $30 mount cost me $200 for the TV!

Lifted easily, hung TV and it works great I have an odd mounting position in my caravan trailer and this mount can rotate the TV fully and it works great. Update: I've added two bedroom TVs in the house using the same brackets. I couldn't get enough of the quality and functionality of this product.

This product, like most TV mounts, has a very rigid arm connection which makes it difficult to slide out. We love the built in lock as we use it on our caravan and actually forgot to lock it once and the lever is so stiff the TV wouldn't budge after a day's driving. Take a picture here? My only concern is that because I have to constantly slide it into position when using it, it will eventually detach or completely detach from the wall as has happened with other mounts in the past. Purchased to wall mount our 24 inch TV/DVD Insignia in our caravan. Move/tilt it to easily watch TV in all rest areas of our motorhome. I took it off one star because I'm not overly impressed with the belt buckle. It takes a little effort to snap into place - perhaps given its location on the window curtain - but it takes a little effort to make sure it's locked into place - not much, but if you're buying - you might want to make sure before you travel Your TV is securely attached.

Ignore the reviews that say this mount is not fixed. It's a solid, well-built mount and the locking system fits snugly. Read your assembly instructions but I used this retro mount on my 2003 Class A from a 32" pipe with a 32" flat screen. The mount is designed to allow you to install 2x6 deeper in the box, giving you plenty of room to access wiring. It was perfect for the application. After installing it, we learned a few things about this mount. He had no way of removing the TV from the mount and the locking mechanism was very difficult to use in our setup. The bracket looks strong enough, but the thickness of the rivet that attaches the tether to the hand strap (Photo 1) causes it to interfere with the mounting screw ( Photo 1) . 2).
