The 930c labeled "Asia Model" does not have the pan, tilt, color, zoom, brightness or other features of the 930e. Also, you can't update the firmware on the 930c, but you can on the 930e. I am very happy with the 930e

c930c instead of c930e. There is no so-called international version, it is the Chinese version. Chinese characters are displayed on the settings page and you cannot update the firmware. It also doesn't have itech's capture feature.

I received this camera and it did not match the advert. I tried registering it online with Logitech but it wasn't recognized. I also tried updating the firmware and it failed. I called Logitech and they said it wasn't the Logitech C930e and they couldn't support me. Luckily I got a full refund.

Although yes, if you read the fine print you will realize that this is not an official Logitech product. I will ask for a refund. I have this on a windows 10 pc and a chromebook. Both work. Chromebook displays it with Chinese character name and cannot be renamed. The PC does the same, but you can edit the registry to fix the problem. Use regscanner and search and replace to fix this.
