Seemed very well built. The only problem is they don't slide easily. You have to push them steady the whole way until the soft close mechanism picks up. Not sure if the grease used to lubricate the ball bearings is too thick. I ended up returning them and will try a different brand. I purchased 6 sets and they all were hard to close.

This is an excellent product. As a DIY (do it yourselfer) I was able to install them quickly and easily (after the first one which was a bit experimental). What was not covered in the instructions was that you may have to ad a one inch shim to mount the back side of the slide. Once I figured that out the other 5 I installed went fairly smoothly.

These are really nice drawer slides. They work smoother than the last brand I purchased. These have metal catch/ release tabs that I hope do not break. The previous brand I installed lasted only 2 years before they broke. Be sure to purchase the brackets for attaching the back of the slide to the cabinet.

The slides were easy to install and worked as advertised--for 6 months. Two of the sets failed. The drawers would not longer latch with the retraction mechanism because the plastic pin on the mechanism wore out. I only used 4 of the original 6, so I was able to replace the two failed ones. I will not be buying these again.

Worked well, much nicer than previous slides. Got a total of 12 pairs, 1 of the 24 was a bit noisy but I saved it for a drawer that isn't opened much. There are instructions included but I didn't really need them. I also just used the sides of the cabinets, not the rear mount brackets, those I ended up returning. Purchased separate wood screws which were definitely worth it.

I bought 8 pairs of rails to upgrade my kitchen draws. I would buy it once again is needed. They works very well and feels sturdy when mounted. But the installation is not quite easy, find four screw holes (for the rails inside the cabinet frame) on the same plane as a rectangle spend me a lot of time.The plastic soft close part at the end of the frame rail was broken. Time will tell if they hold up. But as of now I am very happy with how the drawers move. And they are full of cooking pans. Instructions could have been better boyfriend put dozens of holes in the back of the cabinet before he figured how to install these.

Got this one and another brand from home depot (their best seller) and this one was better- smoother slide and easier soft close.

First time user to install the soft close full extension sliders in new cabinets. Making sure your measurement are correct, your ready to install. Nice asset to our new cabinets. Have already ordered more.
