Good tips for creativity, a little pricey. I'd rather do it in my book

It seemed interesting. We could all use more creativity. However, this is a beautifully bound book and I really feel like it's being wasted. First, it's quite expensive. Why not give him guidelines to follow in your own sketchbook? Sometimes I even make a sketch as a creative exercise that I want to keep to myself, which makes it impossible. The perfect way to get out of a creative lull (not for those who need intensive tuition)

Due to the extreme stress of the past year and the many deaths of family members, friends and pets (from none of them, by the way (CV19), I found it difficult to get out of a creative trough. This is an interesting sketchbook/drawing tips.
