Very Mediocre - Home Theater

This is a very mediocre amplifier. It doesn't hold up well when there are high current demands. However for the price. maybe it's ok However, this is only normal if there was no hiss! It hisses between 25% and 70% volume. Normally I don't care, but it matters here because the hiss is stored when the audio is played, not the other way around. Usually with such amps the noise goes away when playing an active sound, but not with this one. It would be a pretty perfect bookshelf or satellite amp ifโ€ฆ

Powerful but with unacceptable noise

I bought this amp after seeing positive reviews online about how affordable, powerful and unique it is. I like the form factor and the quality of the materials. Don't let its size fool you, it has enough power to push my Jamo S805 floorstanding speakers to pain-inducing levels. Unfortunately, I noticed that this amp has a lot of noise compared to my Fosi 160WPC amp. Using the same input source/patch cords and cranking the gain to volume (about 10 o'clock on the Loxjie) you can hear the hissโ€ฆ

  • understandable even for the old

Triangular Power Amplifier

Okay, Benchtop Amplifier. โœ”๏ธ Didn't have high hopes. Connected to a pair of KEF q150 in the guest room. Turned on and streaming music via Chromecast Audio via DAC. This thing hit me in the face. It leans towards the lighter side of what I'm used to, but this little amp has a weird sound, holy smoke. He has a live presentation and loves to make the speakers dance. He has character in everything. I immediately ordered a second one for my office, which runs a pair of Elac UB5s with no problemsโ€ฆ

Impressive packaging best in amplifiers

This is my new favorite desktop miniature amp - I've had a bunch. A truly unique shape feature and small enough to fit in Toblerone packaging. The sound quality is quite good - transparent and colorless. NO annoyances like bumps when turned on or hissing at volume, it's very quiet. Realistically, it feels like a quality 25 watts per channel when using 8 ohm speakers, which is plenty of amplification for a medium-sized room. Don't expect concert volume, certainly, but there's plenty of power for

Pros
  • handy piece
Cons
  • keep quiet

It only does one thing, but it does it well. And cheap!

Good: I was a bit surprised by the sound quality of this little machine. After a whole bunch of testing, I decided I preferred it to my Yamaha RX-377, which is a traditional (class A/B) amp. Yes, the RX-377 is not a high-end amp and Yamaha does many things while Loxjie only does one thing, but Loxjie does it better in my opinion. This might be the cutest amp in the world. I'm not sure how functional this form factor is, but I still like it. Tiny; This is ideal for a computer desk, for exampleโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • A bit ragged

Perfect for my setup

I'm not an expert Pros Small form factor (replaced my Denon AVR which took up the entire desk it's on now) Looks different, oddly shaped but looks good and me think it will age well. It may be a coincidence, but the triangular shape and logo complements my Audio Technica turntable Heat - Really Life? It works all day and doesn't get hot at all. Big, clear sound - it feeds two AIWA 150W 8ohm speakers - at its loudest when I turn it on it lasts about 7 hours no matter what level I set it at. noโ€ฆ
