Disappointed with power tool parts and accessories

I understand it's a bit cheaper but lacks quality .The inside of the box is cracked and is sticking up from the bottom.The entire top row of bits can barely be pulled out.I almost cut my finger pulling them off (I know they're sharp, but the bottom ones can easily come with be pulled out by hand). I'll have to use a thick rag and use a lot of effort to get the top bits off. I'll probably drill a hole for the top bits so I can pull them out without cussing. I'm leaving two stars because everyone

Great for home use, projects and DIY

If you've ever bought router bits, you know how expensive they are. There are some that individually cost more than the whole set. If you're someone who uses a router for work or everyday use, then spending good money on the highest quality bits is important. If you only use them in DIY home projects like I am, this set is invaluable for the number of beats and beat variations you get. I tried a sample of a round small countertop and drilled a channel through the center to fill it with epoxyโ€ฆ

Wonderful! in router bits

(Please read with a French accent!) Love them! These are the best pieces I've ever made! I made things like a quarter circle for my teapot! I also used it to make a keyhole so I could leave my room! I would give up my Perrier and Baggets water before giving up these delicious bites! (read with an American accent now!) You did a great job! yeah! Thanks very much! I will buy more items from you.! The drill bits themselves work flawlessly and appear to be durable

After re-ordering and returning sure it's a design issue. The bits themselves work well and look solid. However, the reason I gave three stars instead of four or five is because of the label. The label for each bit looks different than the photos. It measures bits in millimeters not inches and it doesn't show bits cut off so it's hard for me to find what I need quickly - I really have to go to a website and open pictures online and then find one in the same place in my box.
