We ordered in July with the intention of visiting a renovated bathroom to complete a renovation project before we sell our home. The Reno took longer than expected so when opening the box the top of the vanity cracked and broke preventing it from being used. I know it's past the return period but would we consider sending this back and ordering another one as it was the best option for our space.

We needed a small vanity for our bathroom. Something the size of a sink on a pedestal but with a real vanity). Most suitable ones were made of cheap materials (chipboard) and poorly constructed. We took a risk. This is really hard wood. The drawer has a dovetail design. Best of all, it came with a well-made pop-up drain. Best of all, it arrived quickly so my repairs weren't delayed. I ordered this product (20 inch) because I have very little space in my toilet. It arrived on time and undamaged (although the box looked shabby). The piping had to be relocated as shut-off valves are located just behind the drawer. Also, the back leg had to be shortened to accommodate the wall vent, which is located just behind the leg.
