Right at depth but no more. I tried the lake and said there were a lot of fish but I didn't catch any. Tried in the pool, also had a lot of fish.

Works well enough but the bracket is very flimsy and broke on the first run. I only use float. works for me Depth is given in meters, I don't like it.

This little handheld fish finder does just that. Yes, it reads in metric, but that's it not that harmful. I've only tried this in shallow water (3-5ft) and since I could see fish in the water the sonar picked up those fish. It's interesting to see how the sonar reads in deeper water with fish at different depths. Very excited to use this!

This is a simple and effective sonar that is very expensive. I bought this to use with my inflatable boat on a recent camping trip. To install, I attached the transducer to the bottom of the trolling motor with (2) 3" hose clamps and secured the wire with wire ties. The device operates on (4) AAA alkaline batteries. I've tried rechargeable batteries, but they don't provide enough power for the device to work properly. With alkaline batteries, the device works for about 9 hours without any signs
