Description of LuK DMF067 Flywheel

OEM Clutch Replacement Kits: Our LuK DMF019 dual mass flywheels suit a huge variety of vehicles! The flywheel is an integral part of your clutch replacement. Replacement Flywheel: Today’s tightly packaged clutch systems leave little room for error. The clearance between the disc damper and the flywheel-to-crankshaft bolt heads is so small that the flywheel must be replaced with every clutch installation. LuK Flywheel: The dual-mass flywheel absorbs engine vibrations before they are transmitted to the driveline where they can rattle gears. It has a primary section that bolts to the crankshaft, and a secondary section, which the clutch is bolted onto. Dual Mass Flywheel: The primary section of the LuK DMF dampens, isolates engine vibrations and prevents engine torque spikes from damaging the transmission. By design, dual-mass flywheels cannot be resurfaced. OEM Flywheel: As an original-equipment supplier, LuK develops the performance specifications for individual vehicle applications. Each OEM part is carefully crafted to suit the exact needs of a car, keeping in mind its year, brand and make!.

Great deal on OEM flywheel

Great deal on OEM flywheel. I'll update the review in a few months but so far so good. I rode about 500 miles on this flywheel.

Still going strong!

Needed for my 2003 Nissan 350z. The guy installed and I don't know the logistics but my car is still running like a top 2 years later! The guy says it wasn't too difficult to build, although he's very mechanical by nature. 5/5 recommend

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Good but not great

OEM Flywheel for 2003 Infiniti G35

This was a perfect replacement for the stock G35 flywheel. The OEM I removed from the car was stamped LUK so this is the OEM unit that will be on the car as new equipment. Clutch engagement and shift feel is great with this built in flywheel. Definitely recommended for those who want to stick with the standard dual mass model.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Too Dull

Great replacement for the stock flywheel.

I used it with an EXEDY NSK1000 clutch. I replaced my stock flywheel with a 138k. Now I'm not sure if it's the clutch or the flywheel, but it barely stutters unless I rev the engine perfectly like I did with the stock flywheel. I'm sure it was due to the many years of driving. I'm very glad I bought this particular flywheel instead of the light one due to the "knock" of the light flywheels. The installation didn't go too bad. I used a T-55 Torx punch to remove the flywheel. To tighten it I put…

Perfect OEM replacement for 2007 G35 coupe

My 2007 G35 coupe's clutch started slipping after about 100,000 miles, but even before that I heard a rattle or rattle coming from the clutch area at idle. As tempting as parts with lightweight flywheels sounded, I learned that driving this track can produce that rattling noise, and in worse cases it will sound a lot like a concrete mixer, so I researched more about dual mass flywheels and came across this one . What many have claimed is actually one of the OEM parts manufacturers. I paired…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • No automatic transmission
