Amazing for team management and collaboration

The ability of this tool is amazing, all my project managers are using it since I started working with them at our organization they have been able use their own projects without any problems what so ever! You can do almost everything you want but there isn't much that really bugs me or makes things less useful than others because nothing has come close yet as far i know we haven t found anything better thusfar though if someone does please let us know!! Nothing specific just general…

Pros
  • Its easy very user friendly for everyone involved in edits great community features like chatrooms & feedbacks / comments/ suggestions through google docs easily shared between users who aren’t sure where best place would fit such requests.
  • Great support team available 24 hours 7 day's per week via ticket response times
Cons
  • Good but not great
