The system has been very easy to use for our staff as it allows us access from anywhere at anytime with no need of an office visit! It also makes patient visits easier by allowing them online scheduling through their EMR without having any issues or problems while doing so!! I like that it has helped me organize my schedule so much better than before! The most useful feature of lytec was its easy access to patient data which helped us in our day by day work process very well as it had all required information regarding each visit or procedure done with patients along with other details like treatment plan / prescription etc., It also has an option for storing different types/formats of images so that even if we are not at office during visits could still view them from their laptop without any difficulty. The Lytec platform is easy to use, has a great feature set, and is flexible enough to meet most providers needs. It has a lot of customization options and the support staff is amazing.
