I like that it has helped me organize my schedule so much better than before! It's easy for patients to view their medical information online, as well as any prescriptions they may need or have received from other physicians/hospitals in our system. The platform isn't user friendly enough yet; however the support team at Lytec are working hard with us every step of the way to improve this aspect. Their customer service is very helpful if you ever run into an issue while using your EMR. They've been able to help solve issues we had when trying to input patient data via phone calls. We were having some problems keeping track of all clinic appointments within one place which was causing confusion amongst staff members and also making scheduling difficult. With lytec, everything can be found under one roof now where previously there would only be scattered notes about each visit stored separately.
