This item was well made and easy to install. Unfortunately, my floor here in Mexico was uneven and I was unable to install it and ended up going with the traditional sill. If you have a flat bottom and a square door, this will work just fine. I would return it if it wasn't already cut. This is well done, just doesn't work for my application.

I have used these products many times over the years. you know, it was easy for me to assemble it quickly and correctly. I bought 3 at once and they came in a box. All 3 packages in the box were opened and torn. Although most of the parts were there, I was missing a screw to install. Again. the product itself works great.

Good product. But the vinyl pad is too hard. It doesn't shrink or bend at all. I used the channel and found that Frost King made replacement gaskets the same size but softer. I bought another door seal from the same md company and found exactly what I needed. Their vinyl gasket material or whatever they make out of it is too hard and doesn't compress easily enough.

In my old garage there was a door in very bad condition - there was no transition in the opening, sometimes water ran into the opening. The bottom of the door has also started to rust a bit.
