Great tool, but could use more functionality

It is very helpful for us as we can get an overview of our account base in one place instead of having several spreadsheets or databases. I do not like how you cannot export your historical data - so this makes me feel limited when trying out new tools. You have to be careful about what kind of reports you want to run because there are some limitations depending on which report type (e.g. aggregate vs. detailed). We were able to create automated emails where we would send weekly updates to…

Great option to send personalized emails without going anywhere else

I like how you can create multiple campaigns in one platform for different markets or countries which is really helpful when working from international offices because of time differences! It would be great if they could also have an API so we don't need any custom integrations as much but this isn’t something i dislike about them either - just wish there was more customization options available such has having our own dashboards etc within their system (which doesn; t seem possible).   • The dashboard allows me easily see everything going live across my media properties quickly before launch day even though some things were already set up months ago..it's amazing being ableto track progress visually by seeing data points turn green over weeks insteadof hours.and knowing its actually happening versus hoping someone else does not

Closes More Leads & Collaborates Better With Team

I love the ability to share leads with other team members in the company. This allows me to collaborate with other team members to close more deals. The platform is very easy to use and the team is always available to help. I wish there was a report function that would allow me to send reports to my boss. I would like to be able to send reports that include only the leads that have been closed or to send a report that only shows the leads that have been closed in the last week. I highly…
