For the curious, that doesn't sound like a riser at all. I have a 2000 Subaru Outback and was afraid it would sound like those cheap eBay exhausts, but it doesn't. It gives my car a nice growl from the outside and a low growl from the inside. I can still speak without even raising my voice, but you can definitely hear I have an aftermarket muffler. Magnaflow all along the line!

A well built universal muffler. Replaced stock mufflers for a cleaner look and better flow. The sound is a very pleasant soft rumble. You can definitely hear it and know it's there, but the sound is pleasant and not uncomfortably loud. Consult a reputable muffler shop for installation as several small parts may be required for a universal muffler to fit your vehicle.
