It's amazing how all the detail and some of the 35mm slides and negatives are captured by this 22 megapixel scanner! The default scanner resolution is set to a lower resolution of 14 megapixels. So if you want a maximum of 22, you'll have to manually set the resolution to 22 every time you turn on the scanner before you start scanning, which is a minor inconvenience.
