You get what you pay for. They last for several months and then you have to get another one. Steel cutters are very thin and when used on soft boiled eggs they don't last long. Definitely not what I would recommend. Look for something better.

I have used it several times to cut hard boiled eggs for egg salad and found it difficult to cut very large eggs. The egg didn't fit very well in the slicer and I had to hold it to cut it. It also didn't cut/dice the slices without holding them, and the pieces got stuck under the cutting wire, making them difficult to clean. I think the design of the egg slicer may be too small for very large eggs. I don't use large eggs so I can't tell if it's just for big or smaller eggs. I gave them to…
